Booking through us typically costs what booking direct would. The difference is what comes with it, and who you call once you've left.
Perks the booking sites don't add
At Fora's preferred hotels and cruise lines, your rate can come with extras such as daily breakfast, a property credit, an upgrade when one is available, or early check-in. We confirm which perks apply before you book.
One person who holds the whole trip
Flights, the hotel, the charter, the tee times, the guide, the transfer from the dock. One advisor keeps every confirmation and knows how the pieces fit, so you don't track six booking sites.

What people ask before they book.
Does it cost more to book through you?
In most cases, no. Hotels, cruise lines and other travel partners pay us a commission, so your rate typically matches what you'd see booking direct. Send us a rate you've found and we'll compare it, along with any perks we can add.
Is there a planning fee?
For most trips, yes: a planning fee of $250 to $750, depending on how much coordination the trip involves. The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins and invoiced through Fora Travel.
What is Fora Travel?
Fora is our host agency. Every trip is booked through Fora, which provides the supplier relationships, booking platform, Errors & Omissions coverage and Seller of Travel registration. You work with us directly; Fora stands behind the booking.
Will I keep my hotel loyalty points and status?
On most eligible rates, yes. You usually keep your status and continue earning points. We confirm it for your specific booking before you commit.
Can you help with a trip I've already booked?
Sometimes. Depending on the hotel's or cruise line's policy, we may be able to add perks to an existing reservation. Send us the confirmation and we'll check.
Can you arrange offshore fishing charters?
Yes. We coordinate the charter, captain and crew alongside your flights, lodging and transfers, so the fishing days and everything around them are planned as one trip.
Do you plan golf trips?
Yes, for couples and for groups. We match the courses to your game, line up tee times inside each course's booking window, and plan the resort or villa, transfers and golf bags around them, plus spa, beach or dining days for anyone who isn't playing. More on golf trips.
What if I don't know where I want to go yet?
That's a good time to call. Tell us roughly when, who's traveling, and the kind of trip you have in mind, and we'll narrow it to a few options worth considering.
Do you only plan large or expensive trips?
No. A single hotel stay or a long weekend close to home is welcome. There's no minimum, and it's always better to ask.
