Luxury Golf Getaways

Golf Trips,
Handled.

For two people who want great golf and a great resort, and for the group that wants four rounds in four days without anyone running a spreadsheet.

Two Ways to Play

Planned around who's coming.

A golf trip for a couple and a golf trip for eight friends are different trips. We plan each one for what it is.

For Two

Resort golf, with the rest of the day planned too

A resort where the golf is excellent and the spa, beach and dining are just as good, so both of you look forward to the trip.

  • Courses chosen for your game, at a pace that leaves room for the rest of the day
  • Tee times at the hours you actually want to play
  • Spa, beach and dining days for a partner who isn't playing
  • One resort, or two if the courses are worth the move
For the Group

Buddy trips, without the group chat logistics

Four to sixteen golfers, a run of good courses, a place big enough for everyone, and nobody stuck organizing it.

  • A round plan that keeps driving time between courses short
  • Tee times held together for the whole group
  • A villa or resort with a bed for everyone
  • Dinners, a private chef, and the scorecard for the week
What We Handle

Everything around the round.

You bring the swing. We take care of what happens before the first tee and after the last putt.

Courses matched to your game

We look at handicaps, walking or riding, and how many rounds you want, then pick courses that suit the group. We tell you which are open to you and what each one requires.

Tee times, booked when they open

Every course sets its own booking window, and resort guests often get first access. We track those dates and book as soon as times open.

The stay

Stay-and-play packages, golf resorts and private villas, chosen for the courses nearby and for what you want from the rest of the trip.

Getting there with your clubs

Flights, airline golf-bag rules, club shipping or quality rentals, and transfers from the airport and between courses.

Golf & Fishing

Bring the rods too.

Some of the best golf destinations also have serious offshore fishing. Play in the morning, fish the next day, and we plan it all as one trip, from the tee times to the charter, captain and crew.

How It Works

From the first call to the first tee.

01

Tell us the trip

A 15-minute call or a message: who's playing, roughly when, how many rounds, and what the non-golfers want.

02

Receive a proposal

The courses, the round plan, and where you'll stay, in writing, with current rates and availability.

03

We book & secure tee times

The stay, the flights and the transfers, and each tee time as soon as its booking window opens.

04

Tee it up

Confirmations in one place, and one person to call if the weather or a flight changes the plan.

Questions

What golfers ask before they book.

Can you get us onto private courses?

Sometimes. Many top courses are open to resort guests or the public, and some private clubs accept guests through a member, a reciprocal arrangement or a partner resort. We tell you plainly what is accessible before you commit, and never promise a tee time we can't confirm.

Do we need a handicap?

Most courses don't ask. A few well-known ones set a maximum handicap or ask for a certificate. We check each course on your list and flag anything you'll need to bring.

Should we bring our own clubs?

It depends on the trip. We compare your airline's golf-bag rules, shipping your clubs ahead, and the rental sets at each course, and recommend whichever is simplest for your group.

How far ahead should we plan?

For a group in peak season, three to six months is a good start, and longer for bucket-list courses. Many courses open tee times to resort guests before the public, so booking the stay early often secures better times.

Is there a planning fee for golf trips?

Yes. Tee times and course coordination are booked directly and don't pay commission, so most golf trips fall in our concierge tier. The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins and invoiced through Fora Travel.
