What we collect
We collect only what you choose to share with us: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the trip you'd like to plan, sent by email, phone, or message.
Trip inquiry form
The "Start a Trip" form is hosted by Fora Travel, our host agency. Information you submit there is collected and stored by Fora under Fora's privacy policy.
If you book a call with us, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The name, email and any notes you enter there are collected by Calendly under Calendly's privacy notice and shared with us so we can hold the call.
Travel Notes email list
If you sign up for Travel Notes on this site, or tick the travel-notes box on one of our forms, we store your email address and first name with MailerLite, our email provider, so we can send you occasional travel notes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, plan and book your travel, and stay in touch about your trips. When you book, we share the details a supplier needs (for example, traveler names for a cruise or hotel reservation) with that supplier and with Fora Travel to complete the booking.
We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
